the spa was nice, but why on earth was I told the indoor pool wasn’t heated? What a disaster for the rain, I could’ve used some proper pampering after being stuffed in a tiny room with no separate shower! I mean, a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles would’ve been nice, but I guess not everyone gets special treatment here.

the staff were super friendly and made our stay really enjoyable! we scored a suite instead of the standard room we booked, which was way more spacious for us. the pool area was nice, plenty of beds and a cool DJ piped in some good tunes! breakfast was a feast with loads of variety. location was on point too, lots of bars and restaurants close by.
the check-in process was chaotic and took forever, also the noise from partying guests at night was annoying.

Awesome brekkie with veg options, lekker chill vibes at the pool with good music, and friendly staff who really made our stay special.
Though the noise from the DJ can definitely get a bit much if you're near him!

great location,, but room comfort needs improvement
First, the hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The staff was genuinely friendly. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection that was both delightful and satisfying. We also loved our city view from the room, which added a vibrant atmosphere to our stay.
The room comfort was not up to par as expected.
